Stadium Goods offers a 3-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible authentic sneakers and streetwear, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to certain high-value items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return process within 3 days of receiving your package.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original brand box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to ensure the product remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once our authentication team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed.
